The people who make home care possible

Our team comprises over 100 carers. As a client or family member, you will get to know a small team of carers well. Of course carers make delivering care in the community possible, but we also have an extensive back office team working tirelessly to make sure everyone’s care runs smoothly. Our office is open 6.30am to 10.30pm and you will regularly talk to the people working there by phone – some such as our coordinators and care leads – you will get to know well. Others you may rarely have contact with.
