Facing a life-limiting disease, is an emotional time for everyone involved. If given a choice many people would prefer to spend the last days of their lives in familiar surroundings. You can’t always predict how an illness will go, but we provide home care and support that will enable you or your family member to make this choice where possible

Our team are experienced in end of life care. Our nurse trainer helped both of our nursing homes achieve the Gold Standard Framework Platinum award. The Gold Standard Framework (or GSF) helps people to plan ahead to live as well as possible right to the end. Our team of carers and coordinators work with health care professionals and anyone else involved in your care to maintain you dignity and manage your symptoms, keeping you comfortable.

In addition to our standard home care services, with palliative care we can help with symptom management and oral care. As well as being understanding and supportive, we can signpost you to loss, grief and berevement advice.
