Coming home from hospital can be a challenging experience. Our hospital to home service aims to make this process more comfortable. We not only pick you up from the hospital and drive you home, but we ensure that your fridge is stocked, the heating is on and that you have a warm home with a meal waiting for you.
After you are back, we will also check on you to make sure that you have settled back in. If you are uneasy about coming straight back from hospital alone we can also ease the transition with one of our other services: respite care – either in one of our care homes or with the help of a 24-hour live-in carer – or extra home care visits can make returning home less daunting.
