The carers

We would not be able to deliver a high level of care and support without highly-trained and enthusiastic carers. We employ over 120 people and they bring a wide variety of skills and experience to our care offering. During your assessment process our care leads match you with carers who will be right for you and your care needs. You will be assigned a small team of regular carers who will deliver your care on an ongoing basis. 

The same team of carers who arrive and leave on time, every time

Relationships are an important element in care. For that reason, we ensure that you see the same group of familiar faces on each of our visits. Building trust and establishing relationships with those looking after you is an important part of remaining happy and healthy. Continuity of carers also helps us to monitor any variations in your health conditions.

As well as caring, our carers are expertly trained and supported

We have been recognised as Investors in People every three years since 2002 and this reflects our commitment to staff training along with support and supervision. We have an internal nurse trainer, but we also encourage our carers to National Diplomas in Health and Social Care all the way up to level 5. Our carers on the ground are supported by a team of clinical experts, coordinators, and senior carers. This support network, who operate out of a dedicated office in Chelston Business Park, keep regular contact with you and your team of carers and ensure that from the very first day of your care, everything is as you want it and you are receiving the best care and support.
